Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom Wigs
Custom orders may take 5–10 business days depending on your specifications.

Local Shipping (South Africa)
Delivery within South Africa usually takes 2–5 business days.

Same-Day Delivery
Available in select areas for ready-to-ship wigs. Orders must be placed before 12PM to qualify.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

> ⚠️ Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. MG HAIRLINE is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address details.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a wig has been delivered.

Exceptions
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

You received the wrong item, or

The wig arrived damaged or defective


Return Conditions

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

Provide photos or video evidence of the issue


If your request is approved, we will:

Offer a replacement, or

Provide store credit


> ❗ Custom-made wigs are final sale and cannot be returned unless we made a mistake.
